Everyone loves Kandel, our man in Nepal.
He has devoted his adult life to restoring sight and preventing blindness in Nepal and he is passionate about Seva’s mission. Here he is, above, with a woman who had her sight restored in February 2009. And here he is, below, many years ago, leading a deaf mute woman who was also completely blind from mature, bilateral cataracts.
